We have two studio spaces:
The first is in downtown Lock Haven, PA, on the third floor of the Simon Building (132 E. Main Street.) Clients should be forewarned that parking is $0.25/hour, and be prepared to walk up steps!
Our second location is in Advanced Family Chiropractic, in Mill Hall, PA. This space is on the ground floor with free parking. It is a busy clinic, however, so clients looking for peace and quiet should consider our Lock Haven location.
We are also fully mobile. We are licensed to travel anywhere within PA. To hire us for an event or outcall appointment, please call 570.209.8655.

YES. WE. DO.
In fact, we are one of the only bodywork practices in our area able to accommodate couples.
If you are looking to relax with a partner or a friend, simply indicate that in your appointment request. Pricing is per person.

We offer therapeutic bodywork treatments that are fully tailored to the needs of each client.
We are trained in neuromuscular, myofascial release, Swedish, sports, and prenatal massage modalities. We also occasionally use cupping, scraping, and taping to help our clients achieve lasting results.

Not if you don’t want to!
Massage is the most effective when it is performed skin-to-skin; however, massage is still effective over clothing. Some of our clients wear gym shorts, sports bras, and leggings.
We use professional draping procedures with each and every client, ensuring your modesty at all times.
Please disrobe to your level of comfort.

Our mobile appointments are very similar to any other appointment!
1) Your therapist will arrive and take ~5 minutes to set up the massage table. Please have ready a 10’ x 10’ space free of furniture or clutter.
This could be in a family room, mud room, office, work out room, or even a porch or a backyard! (Under no circumstances will massage be performed in a bedroom.) The cleaner and quieter, the better—for us and for you!
2) Your therapist will spend a few minutes with you, asking about any pain, pressure preferences, and goals for the session. If you are a first-time client, your therapist will ask about your health history and perform some simple muscle assessments to see how we can best help you. Then he/she will step into the bathroom to wash hands and allow you to disrobe to your level of comfort. He/she will knock before returning.
3) Time to RELAX. Take a deep breath and enjoy your massage.
Relaxation looks like a little different for everybody. Some people get chatty. Some people cry. Other people meditate, and some people sleep.
We want YOU to relax, and happily support whatever that looks like for you.
4) Your therapist will step outside again once the massage is finished, allowing you a few minutes to get off the table and re-robe. Then he/she will reenter, sanitize and pack the table, and leave you to your post-massage bliss!

Hell no.
All forms of sexual demonstration (including remarks, requests, or inappropriate touch) are strictly prohibited and punishable by law. Any suggestive or inappropriate behavior will result in the early termination of your session, the inability to rebook, and possible involvement of law enforcement. So think twice!
